- Payment Information: Handled by RevenueCat; we do not store credit card details
Automatically Collected Information:
- Device Information: Device type, OS, app version, unique device ID
- Usage Data: Features used, time spent in app, interaction patterns
- Location: Approximate location (country) for regional pricing only
- Crash Logs: Error reports to help us improve stability
3. How We Use Your Information
- Provide the Service: To deliver task management, focus timers, and body doubling features
- AI Suggestions: Your tasks and voice input are sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate smart task suggestions and help break down large tasks
- Improve Features: Usage patterns help us understand what works and improve the app
- Process Payments: RevenueCat handles subscription and in-app purchase processing
- Communicate: Send you updates, support responses, and important service notices
- Safety & Compliance: Detect and prevent abuse, fraud, and to comply with legal obligations
4. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored securely on Supabase (powered by PostgreSQL) with encryption at rest and in transit. Supabase is hosted on AWS infrastructure in the EU and US regions.
We implement industry-standard security practices including authentication tokens, password hashing, and row-level database security. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
